Excellent location for a quick trip to the clinic, just a short drive away. The room was spotless, featuring an exceptionally clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The on-site restaurant offered convenient dining options, although I found the rates a bit high for a standard stay. The pool was impressive, but the hot tub could use more heat. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the experience was enjoyable overall.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. The room felt clean and well-maintained. Staff members were friendly and helped with directions to local attractions. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the beach and various dining options. I loved the hot coffee available in the lobby each morning. However, I noticed that breakfast wasn't actually included in the room rate and cost us $12.95 each. That was a bit disappointing. The seating available at breakfast could be better for guests needing accessible options. Overall, it's a decent spot for anyone looking to explore Jacksonville.

Great location!
Had a fun time here for a family event. The spot was super close to everything we wanted to do, which made it so easy. The restaurant was decent too, but parking was a bit of a headache. Overall, a good stay but could do with more carts for luggage.

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel was conveniently located near attractions like the Jacksonville Zoo and TIAA Bank Stadium. We enjoyed outdoor fun around Lake Jacksonville. Just a heads up, breakfast is not complimentary, which caught us off guard. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for group trips.
Our stay was impacted by noisy guests in the hall late at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff did their best, but it was frustrating to deal with that noise.
